Are AI interviews included in the subscription?
AI interviews are priced separately through prepaid minute packs. Your subscription covers the recruitment platform. Each pack includes the voice interview, transcript, standard evaluation and report.
How are interview minutes counted?
The proposed pack terms count connected interview time, rounded once to the next whole minute. A 30-minute session uses 30 minutes; a 60-minute session uses 60. Confirm usage and credit terms with us before purchase.
Can agencies use these plans?
Yes. In-house teams and recruitment agencies can use these plans. Tell us about your client workflows during the demo so we can confirm the fit and required access controls.
How long do prepaid minutes last?
Packs are offered with 12-month validity and minutes pooled across your organisation. Confirm the start date and terms in your quote.
What happens if an interview fails?
Our proposed policy credits SensiHire or provider failures and avoids charging twice for reconnecting the same session. Candidate dropouts, retries and balance handling will be agreed in your order terms.
What does the free trial include?
The current 14-day trial includes one recruiter seat, two active openings and ten AI interviews in total. Trial allowances differ from paid plans; the limits shown during signup apply.
Can I buy a plan online?
