Questions about hiring
with SensiHire?

From your first opening to the candidate’s interview. Find answers about the platform, AI and what to expect along the way.

Getting started

What is SensiHire?

SensiHire connects job descriptions, openings, candidate records, resume screening, interviews, panel feedback and hiring decisions in one recruitment workflow.

Who is SensiHire for?

SensiHire is designed for in-house hiring teams and recruitment agencies. Discuss your hiring process with our team to confirm the features and access controls you need.

How do I get started?

Start a free trial to create your organisation, then configure your team, create a job description and opening, and add candidates. You can also book a demo for a guided walkthrough.

Can I try it before signing up?

Yes. The live AI interview demo lets you experience a browser-based voice interview without creating an account. The demo is a product demonstration, not a job application. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information.

AI screening

How are resumes matched to a role?

AI compares resume information with the job description and produces scores, strengths and concerns for recruiter review. Results depend on the information provided and your organisation’s configuration.

What do AI scores mean?

Scores are an assessment of the available evidence against the role, not a guarantee of performance or suitability. AI output can be inaccurate or biased; review the resume, interview evidence and relevant context before acting.

Can recruiters override AI recommendations?

Recruiters can review AI recommendations and make hiring decisions using the available evidence. Your organisation controls enabled automation and who has permission to take each action.

AI interviews

How does the AI interview work?

Candidates open their interview link, check their microphone and follow the waiting-room instructions. The AI conducts an audio conversation with role-specific questions and relevant follow-ups. Authorised hiring-team members can review the resulting evidence.

Does the candidate need a camera or download?

AI interviews are audio-only and run in the browser. Candidates need microphone access, speakers or headphones, and a stable internet connection. No camera or app download is required.

Are questions tailored to the job?

Yes. Interview questions are generated using the job description, and the interviewer can ask follow-up questions based on the candidate’s answers. The interview also depends on your organisation’s settings.

What does the recruiter receive afterward?

Recruiters can review the interview transcript and, once evaluation finishes, scores, a summary, strengths and concerns. Availability depends on the interview state, permissions and enabled features.

Does AI make the final hiring decision?

The hiring team is responsible for the final employment decision. SensiHire provides recommendations and evidence; organisations can also enable automated workflow actions and communications, which their team must configure and monitor.

Hiring workflows

Can we include human interview rounds?

Yes. SensiHire supports human interview panels and feedback alongside AI interviews. Available rounds depend on your plan, enabled features and hiring-process configuration.

Can we customise hiring stages?

Administrators can configure hiring-process defaults, and recruiters can set up an opening’s process where permitted. Some process changes are locked after candidate activity begins to protect existing recruitment records.

Can multiple recruiters and panelists collaborate?

Yes. Teams can work with shared candidate records, interview assignments and feedback. Roles and assignments control access: restricted recruiters work on assigned recruitment activity, viewers have read-only access, and panelists work on assigned interviews.

Trial and pricing

What does the free trial include?

The current trial lasts 14 days from successful organisation provisioning and includes one recruiter seat, separate from Studio administration, two active openings at a time and ten AI interview allocations in total. The limits shown during signup apply.

Is a credit card required for the trial?

No payment details are required for trial signup. A paid plan is arranged separately with our team.

What happens when the trial ends?

Existing hiring data becomes read-only, and new recruitment actions are blocked until an upgrade is arranged. Trial expiry does not automatically delete your data or start a paid subscription.

How are AI interviews counted?

During the trial, an allocation is reserved when an AI interview is created; retrying or deleting it does not reset the allowance. Paid AI interviews are offered separately through prepaid minute packs. Confirm minute counting, validity, failure credits and retry terms in your quote before purchase.

How do I choose or buy a paid plan?

Review the pricing page, then book a demo to arrange a platform plan and AI interview packs with our team. Online checkout is not currently available. Final entitlements, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are agreed before paid service starts.

Security and privacy

Who can access candidate information?

Authorised members of the hiring organisation can access information according to their roles and assignments. Service providers also process information needed to deliver features such as AI evaluation, voice interviews, storage and email. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Are interviews recorded?

Voice interviews process microphone audio. Recordings and transcripts may be stored and shared with authorised hiring-team members where enabled. Check the interview notice or ask the hiring organisation whether recording is enabled and how it will use the results.

How can someone request deletion of their data?

Candidates should contact the hiring organisation about recruitment records. You can also contact SensiHire for help routing a request. Deletion is support-administered and subject to authority checks, agreed instructions and applicable retention requirements; it is not necessarily immediate.

Candidate help

Do I need an account to attend an interview?

Candidates normally access their interview through the personal link supplied by the hiring organisation, without a SensiHire account. Keep that link private and contact the recruiter if it is expired or unavailable.

What equipment do I need?

Use a browser with microphone access, a working microphone and speakers or headphones, and a stable internet connection. Choose a quiet location and complete the microphone check before starting.

What if my microphone or connection fails?

Check your browser’s microphone permission, selected audio device and internet connection. Follow any recovery instructions shown on the page. If the interview cannot continue, contact the recruiter with the issue and approximate time; do not assume a retry or reschedule has been arranged automatically.

Who do I contact about my application?

Contact the recruiter or hiring organisation that invited you. They manage application updates, interview arrangements, assessment alternatives and hiring decisions. SensiHire provides the software and cannot promise an application outcome.
